Public Holiday for the Local Government Elections
The Office of the President wishes to inform the General Public that His Excellency, Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia declares Thursday, 12th April 2018 and Friday 13th April 2018 as public holidays throughout the country, to enable the public and private sector workers to cast their votes on polling day.
President Barrow urges all Gambians to engage in a peaceful exercise of their civic duty and expresses best wishes to all.
