President, Cabinet Ministers make strong call for collective participation of the country's development

At yesterday's ongoing dialogue with the people in Jarra, the President and his Ministers made a strong call for collective participation in developing the country.

President Barrow while highlighting the numerous development projects his government is rolling out, called on Gambians to support his agenda as he sets to embark on a massive transformation of the country.

He added that come 2021, The Gambia will witness unprecedented developments in the history of the country.

For the Minister of Tourism, Hon Hamat N.K Bah, Gambians shouldn't allow politics to be used as a divisive tool, instead, he added, it should bring us together with a common goal for what is best for the country.

Addressing the health concerns of the people, the Health Minister Dr Ahmadou Samateh unveiled the government’s plans to bring health closer to the doorsteps of all Gambians, through the government’s flagship community ambulances to be introduced soon.

Additionally, he disclosed that the government has procured extra 35 ambulances, bringing the total to 70 to be distributed across the country. This is in addition to the ongoing renovation and building of health centres in the country.
